New High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes, launch at ZAPspace!
Jumping on a trampoline for 10-minutes is the equivalent to 30-minutes on a treadmill or jogging.
With that nugget of information, it’s time to get in gear and burn-off that Christmas feast!
Our new fun high intensity trampoline fitness class, led by Simone Wilson the founder of the Jump Collective, are designed to make you sweat!
What to expect:
- High energy workout from start to finish, jumping to the latest beats
- Bodyweight exercises mixed with trampoline moves
- Core work resistance training
- A leaner and more toned body, and increased fitness
Monday evenings 6PM -7PM and 7PM - 8PM at ZAPspace
Showers, changing rooms, and lockers are on site at ZAPspace
