£18 per person (off peak price) Monday – Friday
£22 per person (peak price) Sat-Sun, Bank Holidays, School Holidays
The booking requires a minimum of 6 children.
Our maximum capacity is 35.

We’ll get the party started with an hour of non-stop bouncing fun with their friends. They can race each other down the Ninja Slide, battle on The Beam or test their reactions on the Activity Wall before heading off for some great party food and drinks.

Terms & Conditions
GENERAL:
- Minimum booking for each birthday party is 6 children.
- For insurance reasons, jumpers arriving/booked in after the safety briefing has commenced will not be allowed to participate until the next briefing takes place. This could result in the customer losing some of the jump time.
- All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and must weigh less than 18 stones/130kg.
- We recommend jumpers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating.
- Please note that you will only be able to jump at ZAPspace if you have completed our waiver. If you are under the age of 18 the waiver will need to be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs & alcohol. If your are found taking, consuming, under the influence or in the possession of drugs & alcohol you will be escorted off the premises.
MAKING A BOOKING:
- A party request form must be filled out in order to process your booking
- Jumping time starts on the hour. All members of the party need to arrive 30mins prior to the booking time so they are all briefed and ready to jump. Late arrivals will result in loss of jump time.
- All children must be collected at the time the party ends.
- All bookings require deposit of 50% the total booking price
- The outstanding amount must be paid off 5 days in advance of the booking date.
- Party bookings are only confirmed once the cost of the booking has been paid. Failure to pay this by the given date will result in the booking being cancelled and loss of your deposit.
- At least 2 days notice needs to be given for additional guests to be added to your booking and payment also needs to be made for the additional guests.
CANCELLATIONS:
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellations for all parties must be made at least 7 days before the booking date.
All funds will be returned minus your deposit. - Cancellations made out of a 7 day window will forfeit full refund.
- ZAPspace reserves the right to cancel bookings at anytime for circumstances that may arise
that are beyond our control.
ZAPspace will give as much notice as possible for cancellations. A full refund will be issued
on this circumstances.
SOFT PLAY BIRTHDAY T&C’s
- A party request form must be filled out in order to process your booking
- Socks must be worn at all times
- Exclusive hire starts on the hour. All members of the party need to arrive 15mins prior to the booking time so they are all briefed and ready. Late arrivals will result in loss of play time.
- All children must be collected at the time the party ends.
- Children between the age of under 4’s must be accompanied by a parent/ carer parent
- All bookings require deposit of 50% the total booking price
- The outstanding amount must be paid off 5 days in advance of the booking date.
