Friendly mum and baby sessions designed specifically to help ladies regain core
strength, drop post baby pounds and firm up the whole body. Led by Kelly Bedford of Fitness Fox London!
Monday mornings from 9.30AM – 10.15AM at ZAPspace
What to expect:
- Fat burning cardio and strength circuits, using resistant bands, dumbbells and
- Core and abdominal exercises to re-train the pelvic floor and core muscles,
and safely tone up the tummy
- Posture enhancing drills, to release tightness in the hips and chest left over
£45 for 6 classes, or £10 pay as you go.
Your baby is encouraged to join you in this fitness class. ZAPspace also hosts a free
soft play area for babies and toddlers.
Exercise mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
You can find tea, coffee, soft drinks and healthy snacks in our family-friendly café
area, directly next to the work out area, for your post-workout refreshments.
